Caribbean Trade Law: a Prescription for Progress through a Healthy Dose of Regulation

In this blog post I explore how trade law and public health can work hand-in-hand to tackle non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes which are silent killers; the legacy of colonialism on diet, and the ways in which public health policy can be implemented through trade interventions are discussed, while considering the unique challenges faced by the global south.
